You were in the "authorization zone" vs straight flight path which is disabled, still prohibited (with 5.6 km) and flaunting the general DO NOT fly near any other aviation. You will cause problems for yourself and other enthusiasts.
@@leotobin1843 Sorry but you are mistaken. When the drone is ready for take off it requests authorization for the blue area based on gps and my information is automatically approved and recorded for flight. I'm limited to 120m height in blue and 60m in gray (tailend of runway on maps). Sub 250 gram rules are totally different. If I try and enter a restricted area I have to click accept to breaking the rules and I can guarantee you these areas are legal. Thanks, welcome the questions.
@@newflander69 I second that. I live next to an airport and can legally fly my Mini 3 Pro within 5.5km of an airport provided they are: › not operated over the movement area › not operated over or in the departure or approach path › not creating a collision hazard to other aircraft taking off or landing
@@TonesDroneVisuals Thank you. I've looked very closely at the authorized area boundaries and am very familiar with area. I've identified buildings and landmarks to stay within while flying to avoid the drone from alerting me. That said if i wonder to close to a restricted area or altitude I am warned immediately to leave the restricted airspace. Obviously I do. Love the Mini 3. Amazing to fly.
We saw the drone flying around and thought it was so cool! Look forward to seeing more videos 😊
You can't fly legally in Airport Heights. Period.
This is under 250g. It is legal and will not enter restricted airspace or altitudes. You can check it out on dji flysafe maps. Thanks.
