We actually wondered the same thing, but I don't think you can filter it. It would be ideal if you could.
U need to have the camera closer not able to see the smaller items very well at all.

Yes, loads of people advertise brand new stuff for a couple of pounds. They normally have no reviews. Vinted need to sort it out.
