Thanks for the vid! In minute 4:45 (track motion part) I would add what's the 2 boxes of the tracking points for, the inner and outer, so the inner box is what the program will track in the video (that's why it's recommended to put something with contrast) and the outter box are the space in which the program will search for the shape or pixels of the inner box on the next frame.
