In reality it is used to describe a divine feminine principle expressed (or dwelling) in a (human) female body. Khandro or Dakini is a highly respected persona and they serve some very critical functions in Tantra (Vajrayana). In this case observing her aura as it is being expressed in her voice, Drukmo La could as well be a Dakini!
