Lol yeah I'm sure this video makes installation look easier than it actually is. Also keep in mind that this is from 10 years ago and I think that Thermador/Bosch have updated their mounting for the door panels. So this may not apply to current refrigerator models. I am in that boat, trying to reuse an older Thermador panel on a newer Bosch column.
I called Bosch owner support and they are pretty much hands off, saying that they do not handle installation (of which I got a quote for $900!!). We'll see how things are when we actually get the new Bosch delivered in a couple weeks. In the meantime, their installation manuals are pretty hard to understand, videos are far simpler.

Loved the video. But unfortunately that install takes WAY WAY longer and is not for someone who hasn't done any thermador, subzero, or Viking installs. I would love for Thermador to provide installers with a lil extra training to help out. It took me almost 4 hrs to install that particular refrg. with the stainless panels. Whew! HARD

Please create / show a video for homeowners / carpenters to remove the panel to tighten custom handles with screws mounted to the back side. Begin with showing how to remove the vertical plastic decorative strip. Cannot get mine to come off easily. Don't want to break it.
You could do a much better job of helping your viewers through the ENTIRE procedure by not rushing over and skipping steps, and including a little voice over. Save the money on the music and graphics. Move the camera back at times. Thank you.

Had to do the same thing for the same reason, so for others who run into this problem and have the same concern: (a) The plastic strips and plastic pieces that hide the top bolts and bottom screws slide off -- there aren't any plastic tabs or such holding them on that will break. Just slide them off by hand.; (b) You will need to loosen (don't need to completely unscrew) 5 screws (torx 30) on each side securing the fixing brackets to the door proper, a couple holding the lower bracket to the door. Then remove the two nuts (1/2") at the top of the door using a socket, and remove two washers under them. The door then lifts off. Putting it back on is fairly straightforward. The only slightly tricky bit is getting the fixing brackets to line up with the screws and tightening them up so the door lines up nicely with the outside frame.

I have a thermador side by side fridge/freezer. The bottom of my freezer door is pushed more in than the refrigerator door. The top is flush. I just noticed today, it was flush before. Is there a way to adjust the bottom of the freezer door to make it flush with the refrigerator door again? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

when both my Thermador fridge panels are closed, they are not aligned in depth (one panel is 1/8 inches out as if it's not closed all the way), how do i adjust it?

All of thermador directions suck! The assembly manual has nothing in words. Just bad pictures and arrows. This video also sucks. It is to fast, no commentary. Really!!
