  • This video is the first im going to upload from a trip to London back in mid-April which im now just getting around to uploading as im a bit behind after doing some more trips to see soon to be gone rolling stock and real life demands.
Anyway, this video shows some Greater Anglia trains passing Enfield Lock station on the West Anglia Main Line and is the last station on the line inside of the Greater London boundary with the Hertfordshire border at the M25 north of the station. (Can be seen in the background of some shots).
Much of Greater Anglias stock is seen passing, with class 379s once used on Stansted Express now on commuter services after being replaced by the new class 745's.
Also seen are the class 317s (a personal favourite of mine), but not as many as would be seen but a year ago as these trains do not have a huge amount of time left in service and are starting to lower in numbers. With many being sent for scrap and only a few PRM compliant units being kept beyond the May 15th timetable change.
Some of these units are still in London Overground livery after being replaced on those routes by the new class 710, they were handed back to Greater Anglia since they are more PRM compliant that some of the other 317 units.
