Uhhh, 500 "kv"? Looks more like sub 34.5 KV. Even if it could remotely be live, I'd be in full nomex and using a hot stick!

Only L1 L2 L3...if red show L1,yellowL2,and blue,L3

Yes another end use tester...and cable is same the sencer device sence the cable.
