Article 44 : Article 44 of the Constitution says that there should be a Uniform Civil Code. According to this article, “The State shall endeavor to secure for the citizens a uniform civil code throughout the territory of India”.

Original physical copy of constitution is never changed, new copies are generated with amended law.
Article 30- state shall not discriminate while assigning grants to these institutions established by minorities
