Perfect! Exactly what I was looking for! I think I am going to drill holes in the bottom of the 2x4's that make up the legs, and use epoxy to glue rebar in there. Then I can pound the rebar into the ground anywhere and move him around with ease. Also put some solar lights inside the pumpkin head so the eyes light up at night. Thanks for the basics though!
