I doubt there is any company that doesn't want to sell more and build customer loyalty. Even those annoying people who keep calling you and sending you marketing emails, no matter how annoying, are doing it with the goal of selling more. That's why today I'm going to introduce you to a very powerful tool for your sales and marketing strategy, CRM. In English it is the acronym for Customer Relationship Management, in Portuguese something like Customer Relationship Management.
Want to know what CRM is? Managing your CRM can seem complicated, but if you do it carefully and follow these 4 steps I teach in the video, you will see that your relationship with your customers will change. For you who are starting out in entrepreneurship or who already have a company, Customer Relationship Management should be a key activity in your business. Even if your business is digital marketing, it's extremely important and valuable.
And pay attention to the LGPD! As much as we want to collect and use our consumers' information at any cost, the General Data Protection Law does not allow it. O Boticário tem CRM incrível.
As farmácias, não preciso nem dizer, elas conseguem mapear sua estrutura familiar de acordo com seu perfil de consumo. Ex: se compra absorvente e pílula, não está grávida. Se parou de comprar, significa que pode estar grávida, aí a farmácia pode mandar promoções de medicamentos (ex: ferro, ácido fólico), e em 9 meses, mandar promoção de fraldas. é um ciclo sem fim!
Nao sabia que faziam isso, que demais!
@ SIM! reflita todas suas visitas em farmácias: no balcão, o atendente te pede seu CPF só pra te passar o valor, certo? Aí já está um "rastro" de consumo, que vai pra um banco único de dados. Dizem que balconistas / farmacêuticos tem uma meta pra registro de CPF, e eles tem um variável dessa meta, pra incentivar te pedir seu CPF.

Caí de para quedas aqui. Segunda começo em uma clínica médica e me passaram sobre esse assunto. Eu nunca tinha visto nada sobre isso. Estou realmente começando do 0 pois nunca estive nessa área. Bate um medo de não conseguir atingir as metas. Mas vou pra cima.

Ontem depois que eu sai do outro video, Eu perguntei pro TH-cam. O que é CRM? Veio este vídeo. Mas, como eu nao esdtava com tempo, eu fiquei só ouvindo.
