facial scrubs like the ones from st.ives with the little beads in it leave micro cuts on your skin and make it more enflamed the longer you use it, just an f.y.i lol i also used to use the gentle st.ives exfoliating scrub but i was told by dermatologists to never use them, instead you can use a gentle face wash and use a wet face cloth to exfoliate with! :)
Use a clay Mask, naturally exfoliate. Washcloths harbor bacteria and can also be too harsh.

hey girl! im the same way sometimes my concealer's start to burn underneath my eyes and turns out I was allergic to something called quaternium - 15 which is found in a lot of cosmetics, so maybe you are too! I just switched out my concealer and it seems to be working so far!

I used to self tan my face and it broke me out horribly. And when I stopped using it my acne was nowhere near as bad. I use cerave wash and moisturizer. Just telling you bc that might help you too.

idk if you're using anything for your acne, but you can try differin (you can buy it basically anywhere) it cleared up my skin within 3 months and it helps with scarring. Just make sure you use a moisturizer with it because it dries out your skin.
