I like your honest simple way to test and present conclusions. I'm also a EQC owner. I love that car . Is not the most efficient but confort wise and user experience scoring really top high.

Nice test and beautiful landscape. Since you are running mountain climbing test, I get the idea of "infinite range test". Just to test if the electrical car could have infinite range in up-down-up-down driving conditions. To do this test, hook on a trailer with a large water tank. First climb to the top with empty water tank. Then fill-in the tank with water and driving downhill. At the bottom empty the water tank again. According to the high school physics, 1 ton load with 1000 meter height difference will give you about 2 kWh energy, by assuming 80% recuperation efficiency. Of course this test doesn't have any practical usage. It is just for fun and for testing the recuperation efficiency. Hope you are interested.

Interesting thought, however towing a heavy trailer downhill with water sloshing around in a tank on icy, twisting roads with hairpin turns could be a bit scary. And trailers hardly ever have winter tyres.

Really interesting, I take it this was on Winter tyres. I have just ordered one (3 month wait UK) but have been really impressed by all the tests on this car. Motorway driving consumption not as good as there is less generation but So fast though and just in comfort mode can't see you will ever need sport mode.

Yes, studless winter tires. I love this car, been driving it for over 8000km now❤
