How To Change The Instagram Account Linked To Facebook

So in theory this works, but my "automatically share to your instagram posts' slider never stays turned on. I go back out into settings and click back into sharing to other apps and facebook and the slider to auto share is turned off again. I've logged out, deleted both apps, reinstalled, changed my password on insta and facebook, shut my phone off, anything I can think off and it still just won't let me cross share.
