Hey man I’m a fellow 2.5 owner. What did you do to yours to get flames and pops? I assume a tune with no cats ? My car is stock besides exhaust and exterior features. I did a full gli swap on the outside.
@@nickd1792 ahh okay I got you. I just went full stage 1 with integrated engineering. The crackle and pop tune is integrated into it. All I have left is my cats, would I be able to pop flames like yours with no cats?
i got a custom tune and my straight pipe comes out the side, the pops and bangs aren't really deep kind of just really loud burbles or snaps, should I switch it and go out the back to get that gunshot sound or throw on a chambered muffler out the back eh?
On my 2.5mk6 I still have my cat but nothing else. I have the piping should I cut my cat off? I want some pops but also wondering if no cat makes it sound crappy
@@MellowAintYello thing is my friend has a full 3 inch straight pipe with a aftermarket down pipe and it doesn’t sound like that, it might be because he doesn’t have a tune though
No tune yet Just Catback Straightpipe and Afe CAÍ on my channel I will be installing a USP down pipe if you get that you’ll get more cracks and pops for sure loud and aggressive ones with the tune

@@poyzin311 what year did you run on the obx headers , in a sense what I’m asking I searched it up and find sum from like 05-08 or 99-03 or sum like that and we both got 2010 u Jetta me golf. I’m tryna get loud pops and bangs with bangs possibly so like where did u find the headers what website

Get a tune for pops or bangs or a high flow, If not I’d suggest a resonator after taking off the cat it’ll be hella raspy

I have ie stage one with the cat still on and magma flow res and 5 speed should I cut it off for more pops they’re pretty dull sounding rn
Take mufflers off keep resonator

2:23 is an exhaust, uso high flo cats, and a tune for my pops I believe. 3:35 not sure.
@@MellowAintYello what tune do you have? I have an IE stage 1 with an awe track and usp cold air intake. I get pops and burbles but never this loud.
