I love how several said Sandra and she was called an easy vote by Rob, but it wasn’t until someone had to play an idol that she was even vulnerable enough to be sent home - by a single vote.
Rob has a point though. Everybody was intimidated by her and wanted her out. But being a legend that she is, she always find a way out of trouble.

Unmentioned people: Ben, Danni, Denise, Ethan, Kim, Michele, Natalie, Sophie, Tony, Yul
Analysis: People such as Boston Rob, Amber, and Sandra are not going to last long which is expected. Sarah is going to be a very early boot as she is not a meat shield, and multiple people see her as dangerous. Nick could be in trouble in the pre-merge as well. Tony could be somebody who, surprisingly, ends up slipping past the merge without too much trouble. When most of the threats are gone, people will most likely begin to target him then. Almost every other non-mention has an extremely strong strategic game.
How things change.
Ethan saying he would vote for Nick first and the reason tells me he’s not prepared for modern survivor.

That is so dumb comment. If he said Parvatti, Rob, Sandra people will look at him and Tony as the biggest targets after those so for his game (i know the season happened and we will see when it will air how it went) the best would be a old guys alliance talking out the new cool guys like wendell, adam and nick. Also, Nick is the only one who has a story that could rival at least a little to his.
MrTNA2005 none of these first vote gimmicks were revealed until after the game. The fact that Ethan is voting someone out based on when they played tells me that he’s not able to adapt and work with anyone.

suppacoo I think Michele has the best chance of making it to day 39 out of all the contestants with the circumstances shown.

Nobody said his name because he was a total mess the last time he played. His win here is impressive but somebody like Boston Rob or Sandra is by far a more well established player at the start of the game. Tony was lucky that he got to begin the game as an under the radar player.
Plus Tony can never win old school survivor without the over abundance of idols and advantages. Tony is too paranoid to win. New school Survivor puts too much emphasis on luck over strategy. If you are lucky and you found a lot of idols, you are almost guaranteed to win the game. Spencer would have easily won Cagayan if idol never exist. He played a much better game than a paranoid Tony
@@secrets.295 Tony would’ve won Cagayan even if idols were not a thing. The idols didn’t do anything for him besides keeping them out of the other players hands because he had strong relationships and alliances that kept him safe. Spencer needed an idol to win Cagayan to bring the numbers back to his side but he played his wrong and Tony found all the rest after that. Even if Tony did not have the super idol it wouldn’t have mattered. Spencer would have been voted out 3-1 for being the biggest Jury threat.
Tony masterly kept Spencer and Tasha in the game as his shields knowing they would be voted out before him even when he had to turn on his own alliance. So he could destroy his own alliance from within and when it was time to take out Tasha and Spencer he knew his alliance would go along with it. Not only did he do that but he also did it at the perfect timing and created valid reasons for turning against LJ and Jefra even though they were in his alliance which is why Trish was with him 100% putting beside their bond.
Tony also plays up his paranoia if you hadn’t noticed. Him acting nervous that Woo has an idol to LJ is him acting paranoid for LJ to put his guards down and reassure him that he’s not gunning for him even though he was. In WAW before the tribal he attended on day 16 Tony has been in his spy bunker for a while with the other members wondering where he was so when he pops out he acts paranoid around Kim saying that he fell off a tree looking for an idol. Kim controls him from her perspective and Tony knows for sure now she’s not flipping after seeing her reassure him and calm him down saying they’re fine. That was all acting if you couldn’t. Paranoia is part of his game and he uses it to his advantage.
Yul is my pick to win this season. He is so, so smart and no one sees him as a big enough threat to target. He will slide his way to the end and win. I can't believe he's being this underestimated.

It's interesting because I hate to say this, because Parvati is a beautiful woman, but she's getting older and is married so she can't use the flirt card the way she once did. But I always thought she didn't need that because she was smart enough to get to the end without it. I understand her playing this time probably for the money, but you could tell she missed her baby and her heart wasn't in it.
@@jenniferconstantine9041 LOL she played so well without the flirtiness (other than that funny ass dynamic with Nick crushing on her but ofc he still voted her out), but got swap-fucked. Pretty sure she was playing her ass off until she got voted out, on the Edge it did feel like a bit of her competitive fire was gone (though it could also be because she got less screentime) and it was more about her making bonds with the other Edge players (which is still the social game but you know I don't think she was tryharding with strategy or with some of the challenge/advantage-related stuff
@@mrjollyguy25 She didn't play so well at all. She let Boston Rob do all the work and when the tribe swap happened she was the first to be voted out. Yul actually wanted to flip on the very next episode. If she was smart, she would have convinced Yul to vote out Wendell instead. Its obvious to me that once she can't used her flirt card anymore. She wasn't the same player. She is a great strategic player but to execute your strategy properly you need to be an excellent communicator to convince others to vote your way. Previously she can do that by using her sex appeal. Now she no longer can and it shows how much she deteriorated.
@Secrets. You do realize a lot of her power throughout seasons was bonding with WOMEN, right? Cook Islands she was tight with Candice (half the reason Candice mutinied, the other being Adam) and Parv got all the girls on Raro to turn on JP. Micronesia? Amanda and Cirie were both more loyal to her than to each other. Natalie and Alexis were following Parvati around while Ozzy and James were as well. HvV? EVERYONE wanted her out, the only flirting she did was with Russell, she was winning immunity and playing idols and getting along particularly well with the Villainesses (her flaw was not sucking up to the Heroes more).
So WaW? Rewatch it. Notice how Rob AND Ethan both gave her their fire tokens. That's how good she is at building trust. Michele and Jeremy both wanted to work with her as well as Rob.
You DO realize literally all the old school massive targets went out after the swap, right? They were too big of threats. There was no way Yul was working with her, Yul himself said how much of a threat she was in Cook Islands and he wanted her out. It is a problem though, those 2 did need to work together to shield each other.
How i see first alliances will be for Red tribe: Tony, Sarah, Wendell, Nick, Yul, Sophie vs Tyson,Sandra, Amber, Kim.

Go watch Parvati’s jury speaks video. Natalie was voted out first because she was really cocky and arrogant because she was the strongest female on the tribe. She threw names out carelessly and assumed no one would target her. Just goes to show that nothing is set until you get in the game and assess the situation.

I think the problem with this season is there are so many threats that all of these people are right, but the problem is you can't vote everyone out in the first tribal, and edge of extinction and fire tokens changes everything. I would probs vote sandra out first though because Rob is a huge threat that everyone knows. Sandra, Parvati, and Yul are more dangerous cause I could see one of them slipping through to the finals and they would likely have the best game if they made it there.
Sandra & Rob are obviously the 2 biggest threats at that point. People already know what Sandra is capable of, especially after she played Game Changers where she was in control over her tribe until the 2nd tribe swap. Even voting out Tony early on.
