    Hello, Chad!
Ignis company appreciates your review that seems to be very honest and impartial indeed. Thank you very-very much! A couple of notes we would like to add.
You mentioned the caps to protect the pins - actually, there are such caps. When you purchased the buugengs we had none, but later we produced them, and now we add a set of caps for the buugengs on default. So, when the device is disassembled, you can put on the caps that securely protect the pins.
Resolution - do Pyroterra buugengs have 160 LEDs in all, or 160 LEDs on one wing? Because ours have 80 LEDs on one wing, it's 160 LEDs in all. If so, both companies have equal resolution.
Remote control - we have Remote Control unit in our range of products. Ignis remote control unit has a wide specter of functionality and settings for the group work. So you should buy it separately. As a rule, it’s reasonable if you use more than 1 pair of props at a time. More of that, as Ignis buugengs are compatible with mobile app, you can use your smartphone as a remote control to set the buugengs, launch and switch pictures, upload pictures, and more.
    Best regards,
    Ignis team

Hi my guess is, lightoys has the same amount of LEDs. However instead of placing 80 LEDs on each side they placed all 160 LEDs at the edge making it a higher reselution. one single strip of LEDs is visible on both sides. this is just a guess im still trying to figure this out

@@nathanfriedman3548 Ignis Pixel buugengs have the same construction as you described - single strip is visible on both sides and resolution of each blade is equal to number of LEDs - 80 pixels or 160 pixels for both blades. So it seems like Lighttoys have the same resolution. Only if they don’t have 160 pixels for each blade.
Chad could you please ask Lighttoys and clarify this important question?

Hello Ignis....Bob Danuff hear in Austin TX. As you know I broke my shoulder last year and had two shoulder surgeries and for the first time in a year I took out the two sets of brand new buugeng I purchased from you last year. As you know, one of the buugeng did NOT work directly out of the box after removing the plastic wrapper for the first time. If you remember the very first set of buugeng I purchased from two years ago arrived with a broken handle that would not charge up. If you also remember the handles of both buugeng also broke the first week. You did replace one set and I purchased a second set because they are very delicate but that's how much I love them. Plus you don't make a practice prop for your buugeng and when I asked why last year you said you were planning on redesigning the buugeng which has not happened yet. Igor or another staff member also told me their buugeng broke when falling on the grass so you are aware of this problem. . Only reason I am posting is I am watching Chad's videos and was happy to see your comment because you take customer service seriously. I know you are closed on the weekend so hoping we can chat on Monday to get my buugeng situation fixed as I really do LOVE your buugeng but just feel the quality control and plastic design has a serious flaw that needs to addressed and you also need to make a practice prop like I purchased from you for the POI. My intuition tells me your other products are a tad more reliable and better constructed. As much as I want to buy a set of your HD Poi with staff connector, I am just a tad nervous at the moment because of previous experience with the buugeng. I spent over $1000 because I love your buugeng so hoping you can help me get my current buugeng replaced. Also have some questions with your app which you can help me with on a call. Thanks IGNIS!!!

@@igorignis7113 Thanks Igor. Still waiting to get a time for a 15 minute zoom or skype call. . Not sure if you saw my last email about one buugeng showing up as a fan in the app and it's not responding to app so need to find out how to do a software or hardware reboot. Waiting to hear from you guys. Thanks

Wow! I love LED Buugengs and it’s great to see these in both detail and action. I’ve always loved seeing the Ignis in action and now this new pyroterra is gorgeous! Great demos! ❤❤❤
