    It's so easy to get two wheel drive vehicles stuck, even in grass! Have you ever tried the brake trick to get both rear wheels to hook and spin equally? Great video, I enjoy seeing trucks taken out of their comfort zones.

      @MillerFamilyFarms 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Long shot but what is the break trick?

    • @blueridgehollow2510
      @blueridgehollow2510 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@MillerFamilyFarms Oh haha it's been a while for this comment. I have a GMC two wheel drive rollback that isn't a pavement queen. I move buildings to pulling down trees with it. If you think there is a chance the truck will spin and get stuck in wet grass/mud especially on an incline, you can apply brake pressure and then apply the throttle and slowly let of the brakes once the truck is moving a few feet. I've hooked to trees and didn't do this and dug a deep hole on the driver side. I had to unhook and pull up and do this method to get the truck to actually move forward and usually the tire marks are minimal. You're causing both rear tires to spin. It has saved me over and over again. I can't say if it works in all trucks, you just have to try it.

    Going back and watching a few older videos... I wish they had made a lot more of the S series in four wheel drive. A 4x4 DT466 crew cab would be an amazing tow rig. Regardless, your truck looks sweet even if it spins once in a while!

    About to get a S1700 with D190 9.0 Diesel engine and Dana 5+2 transmission 14 foot dump truck converted from a stake bed lumber truck. Says it has 162000 miles on the odometer. Runs like a top. Looking to use it to start up my own dump truck for hire business as no one does 8-12 yard bulk loads around me anymore. Everyone is into the 3/4 ton pickup and dump trailer craze.
    Going to ask my buddy if he is willing to do a payment plan. He wants 1500 for it. Bought it off the town to use it for hauling hay bales but realized it would only get used 1 month out of the year.
