Its natural for most JPOP and Japanese Idols such as this to have that cute or "kawaii" voice, and yes its mostly natural.
@@mirufiyu4810 "Mostly natural" in the sense it is a well-ingrained cultural practice, but often, when you hear them talk off record, they can drop quickly the kawaii or childish tone.
