- YES - you can trust the discrimination on the Nexus Standard MP V2, you can trust the discrimination on all Nexus machines. Those that claim you can't either haven't used them or didn't learn how to operate them correctly. I dug loads more targets than what I included in the video and the machine was correct every time.

@@haku7729 what machine do you have? on the V2 with low frequency coils you keep the disc at zero, you only adjust the disc when using high frequency coils. I keep the sensitivity at zero because Nexus V2 is super deep with zero sensitivity, high sensitivity doesn't always mean a deeper machine, it can work in reverse
The V2 is a neat detector and thanks for the vid on it Paul. But being I haven't worked in 10 years I can't afford any new machines.

Hey Houdini…. How did you get that to work?😂😂😂. Another brilliant video showing to capabilities of Nexus. I hope the doubters paid attention to the red/blue mix. You pulling ferrous and nonferrous out of the same hole. And shall I point out how small the nonferrous items were compared to the larger ferrous nails in the same hole….. not to mention the iron core coins. Since I avoid iron with my V2, your video explains why I don’t dig Iron washers like I used to with my digitals. Cheers!! ❤

My only ignorant opinion is the red and blue should be switched. My brain wants to call red ferrous, because of iron oxide.
Does the v3 have silent search or just the v2?
The V2 has silent search/disc mode, the V3 is a true all metal machine, as is the V2 in what I call standard audio

@@paulwarrenmetaldetecting Well Paul at 67 I am not much to see either. I'm not able to get out because I have MS. And I had lot's of broken bones from motorcycles. I definitely have a mind of my own though.

I don't have any problems in rainy conditions, sometimes the higher frequency coils can be a little tricky to balance
Do you prefer the Nexus over all the metal detectors? Do you prefer it over the Deus 2?
Yes I do prefer Nexus, there is no comparison between Nexus and any of the digital detectors.
