I Went To Toronto In 2019 What a Fantastic City Saw The Hockey Hall of Fame and Did a Boat Tour and Had Lunch Inside Rodgers Centre Home of The Blue Jays!
As a resident, I have to say your video did capture a nice taste of downtown and the islands. There are also some great parks along three rivers that flow through the city to the lake. I live next to the Humber River. You have miles of trails and bike paths and all the wild life, rapids and salmon jumping. And it is at my front door. Find the Olde Mill and James Gardens to get a taste of these parks and neighborhoods. Kind of special.
Went to university there, worked there for ten years then I moved to Japan. I miss Toronto very much. So many friends from diverse backgrounds all living the Toronto life.
Good evening Jeff, greetings from Orlando Florida. Great to see you make it in Toronto with beautiful weather. Awesome video and thank you for sharing. Have a blessed weekend.
I'm from NYC and I just got back from Toronto but i went to Niagra falls. I went when I was 11 so now that I'm 27, I wanted to fully experience the falls better but I'm so disappointed in myself for not going to the city of Toronto. That has to be my next trip. I plan on living in Montreal (I've been there too) in the future so I'm practicing my French lol. Canada has always had a special place in my heart. Such a beautiful country y'all.
It is referred to as "The Six" because Toronto is made up of six administrative districts. They are: East York, Etobicoke, North York, Scarborough, York, and the main city itself.
It's also because the two first area codes of Toronto were 416 and 647. They both had a 6 in them. So between that and the 6 boroughs that ultimately became the mega city, the number was a good fit.
Hey bud, about the go train, it wasn't the one you took to Montreal, that one was ViaRail, the Canadian version of Amtrak. The gotrain only serves the metropolitan areas around Toronto and other cities near Toronto. Also, the night life in Toronto starts real late, like at 11pm or midnight, earlier than that and streets like Church are empty 😀 👍thanks for making this video of my hometown!
Hi :) I hope you don't mind me hijacking your comment but you seem friendly and knowledgeable about Toronto. I am going there in a week and I was wondering whether you have any recommendations yourself :) No worries if you're too busy of course.
BTW, Boston Pizza is a Canadian company. Yes they have a presence in the US and Mexico as well as Canada, but don’t let the “Boston” name fool you. It’s a Canadian company that started in Alberta.
Worst pizza I ever had in my life was from Boston Pizza. I don’t see how they even stay open. NYC has the BEST pizza. There is good pizza in Toronto but, you won’t find it at Boston Pizza. lol

Toronto is a wonderful city and has great things to do like going to a Baseball game, watching a basketball game or going to a hockey game: Toronto is awesome and cool
Check it out on Google. There is a revolving restaurant and observation deck. Restaurant has great views but expensive and mediocre food. For the adventurous, they have an attraction near the top where they hook you up in a safety harness and you hang out over the edge. It would be like walking on the wing of a plane.
Hello, I am planning to visit Canada in October. I am trying to decide where to visit btw Toronto and Ottawa. Could you recommend where should I go first?? I am new to visit the East.
Do u believe Canadian cities r more clean more developed and has modern infrastructure compare to American cities? Thanks ur opinion matters alot since u r great traveler
Great weather you’re having ! Canada looks super inviting during the nicer months when it’s not subarctic 😆. I hope along with Montreal, that Quebec City will make it on your last few stops 🤙🏻
I live in Montreal and we have the same weather has New York city. Very hot in the summer and snowy in winter . Quebec offers the best quality of life in Canada and we speak the both officials languages of Canada english and French. Quebec is the oldest city in North america and Montreal is like New York city with a central park( same architect as Central park ) and Montreal is built on an island and offers the best food , architecture, dessign , creativity (UNESCO city like Berlin) and night life . People from Toronto come to Montreal to have fun and culture .
Did I hear you state the rooms at the Royal York are 5k per night? GO train is a local commuter train, if you were going to Montreal you would have been on Via Rail. You should interview people from Toronto who can give you first hand content.
Thanks for the video. We're traveling to Toronto in November..thinking about taking the train to Montreal. It's a long train ride but much cheaper than flying. You mentioned going to Montreal. Was it worth the train ride?
We also went to Montreal! Here it is! th-cam.com/video/zjxvk55EWHM/w-d-xo.html

The 6ix. You are close. Those areas were at one time cities that amalgamated into the City of Toronto.

I love this city, but I'm going to miss the place 😢😢😢. I have no plans if when I get back soon😒😒😒… I haven't get back there yet..
I heard that Drake refers to Toronto as the "6" because it's shorthand slang for Toronto's area code (416).
Was in Toronto back in 2019
Keep up the good work
Happy Canda day
At 21:25 you passed a restaurant called Hair of the Dog you should go there
416 is the area code....the six

You have to realize Toronto has been on shutdown for 2 years, good to see life is back.
U still hav to be vaccinated to enter
@@slapshot68 that sucks.
Area Code (416) and (647) take the 2 common numbers there you have the 6.
Any hotel recommendations?
Jeff: Are you going to do Jasper or whistler ? Cant remember what you said :)
Hi, from the UK I've actually been up in the tower in Munich. Does the Tower in Toronto have a restaurant or anything special for guests to see?
