I love the video, I just wish the background was darker, the white makes it hard to fall asleep looking at even with the lowest brightness settings, but turning the phone away to block out the brightness means I miss out on the tingly visuals :(
Ik this is late, but if you're on your phone you can download a blue light filter. I use them because they have a screen dimming option and makes videos with white backgrounds much less intense. Mines literally called blue light filter and it has a moon as the app photo. It's been really helpful to me.

If you watch on an iPhone or iPad you can shift your background to warm under settings/ display & brightness. Works great!
