Challenging when books are disappointing 🤪 Always interesting hearing an authors perspective on different books, thank you for sharing your thoughts 👍 hopefully November reads are better.
I struggled with my October reading, too. The only five star books I had were rereads of two favorites - Stephen King's Salem's Lot and Susan Hill's The Woman in Black. But I still had fun with the Spooky Scary Skeleton Readathon!
Not sure whether the two pages of Rattlesnakes you read were an excerpt as the short story of Rattlesnakes included in You Like It Darker is 86 pages long and it ties the ending of Cujo off while having it's own creepy activity going on

@@literarylove123 at least there were some good ones in there! 🖤
Sounds like a really rough month. I’ve been there and feel your pain. I’ve been avoiding Cujo. Guess that’s a good thing lol.

@@stuartgriffin1001 thank you! I definitely skimmed Cujo and Ring, and then Rattlesnakes was only 2 pages, so that’s how I rocked it 😆
Amazing video
@@ITSJASEOFFICIAL thank you!
Tough month!

Random question: which Dowry of Blood cover do you like best?
@@Maeve_Ever_Books I prefer the black and red one! I actually have the book review scheduled for Friday 😆
@ Oh!! Excited to watch it!!
Wow how much time do you dedicate to reading usually? I only read two books last month 😅
@@Dillon__Morris I read every night before bed and after work! Hours per day, though it fluctuates depending on how busy I am.

Oooh, well that's dumb of the publisher to just add 2 pages in the back of Cujo and not mention it's an excerpt LOL
