I've eaten cimi di rape at least once a week since I was a kid. Just bought seeds and will be planting today. For those of you asking, we eat the florets and leaves. To mitigate the bitterness, just boil them until fork tender.
I have never grown or eaten this but want to include it in my farmers market garden. Do most people want the florets or just the leaves? I am excited to add this to my garden
I love both leaves and florets. It has little bit bitter taste which make this unique from the other green. Stir fry is really good. I have never grown this but I bought the seeds to grow this spring.
We have seen articles about growing broccoli indoors using grow lights and Raab may be worth a try. However we have never tried. Other have grown it in the cooler tropical months in shade for the hottest part of the day. Hope this helps.

Most would eat both. However in a farmers market not sure.
