Sam's Town is a glorious monumental album. Epic in scope, intimate in feel - its ridiculous that this album was dismissed as pretentious and overblown when it was released. Easily their best along with Wonderful Wonderful.
I saw them perform this live at Brussels a few weeks ago, and I'm glad to notice they've even improved! Brandons singing was better and he seemed to enjoy it a lot more. That's always a good sign!
