@@romanthekat Hive Pocket Ultimate is available, as well as Hive Unlimited. But no plans for Hive Carbon Ultimate yet, and definitely not pocket carbon as a pocket carbon piece would be hard to play with as they would be too small to see, not having the colours to distinguish them.
This should save in packaging cost. The standard Hive cost more because you had three expansions separately. I spent less on Carbon and Pocket as I only needed to get the pillbug.
@@Gen42gamesso the expansion pieces are still off color? I would have expected an improvement in standardization leading to an increase in quality. I would love to get the original version but amazon doesn’t provide any details on what you are getting and I’d hate to buy it only to have to return it for it to be thrown in a dumpster. truly a shame you cant at least ship individual orders overseas for those wanting the ultimate edition. $30 shipping and $35 for the game would still be easier than $70 off Amazon not knowing what you’ll get. edit* just double checked the Amazon listing and it has increased from $30 to $44 not counting the expansions. how the heck are we american’s supposed to get our hands on the complete original edition with no details on batch numbers and it getting ridiculously expensive and still no immediate plans for the ultimate addition? currently a sad state for us hive fans over the pond.

This sucks , they will be no more separated expenses for the old game you have to buy the new game to get the pillbug for hivepocket. And the orange bag was the best way where you can put your hive pieces, the white bags with the zipper suck, I don’t use them. This is not a upgrade, thumb down for me

What is the release timeline for the Ultimate edition in the US?

Hive pocket already came with the expansions previously......
Yes, the Ladybug and Mosquito, but not the Pillbug. Hive Pocket Ultimate comes with all three now.
