Russians who fled to Turkey to avoid war now can't stay

Many Russians who have fled the country to avoid conscription or who simply disagree with Russia's invasion of Ukraine have ended up in Turkey. The visa-free travel allows them to come in easily, but now their welcome has run out with their Turkish hosts.
