First of all, don’t be stressed. Stress aapki normal capacity ko bhi reduce krdega. Thoda apne pe trust kro, krloge clear. Small target set karo aur roj roj kaam karo. Kuch time ke baad dekhna major portion cover kar chuke honge aap. My best wishes to you all 🤗
