    What do you think, is it worth it? 🫣

      it is free so def worth it.. especially when you own an FX6 (no ibis) with a sigma 24 70.. (no lens stab).. but be kind enough to donate to the developer

    For what it's worth, I'm aiming to support all Sony stabilization modes, including IBIS, OIS and EIS in the next version. It's very hard but that's my goal

      That would be incredible! An integrated shutter angle adjust tool woukd also fix the high shutter work around. Overall love the effort and results so far 🙏

      I have a fuji xs20 and want to use your software. Don't have a go pro and prefer to get a dedicated module to record gyro data, what hardware do you suggest?

    For some of us, and maybe this is an artificial concern but we are on a holiday, with our partners, we want to make an epic travel video but keep it light. The ZV-E1 is a game changer for me with something like an 18mm f2.8 from Samyang, it weighs nothing but with dynamic stabe, you get close to gimbal like with no post processing. Gyroflow has much better results though, so if support for IBIS and Active can be added that could save you from needing a gimbal or a heavy rig in many situations, I hate bringing my gimbal. And sure motion blur is important but RSMB is quite easy to use.

    I was looking for a similar video. Found it. Plus you're italian so I subbed 😂. One interesting thing, I've read on twitter that you can attach a phone to the camera and save the gyro data (there are apps for that) and after use gyroflow to do the magic. A superbudget solution people might like

    Can you make a video explaining how to add a Gyroflow plugin on Davinci resolve? Nobody explain it

    • @LucaEpifani
      @LucaEpifani  ปีที่แล้ว

      Its pretty straightforward man, just download the davinci plugin, drag n drop to plugin folder in davinci

    Nonsense, please go listen to Brandon li’s original video. It is very easy to create a custom preset. You can create a preset with your lens and stabilization settings. You should not zoom as only one focal lens gets registered. You only need 500 shutter speed if you are doing wild stuff. As Brandon says, it’s just one more tool. He uses it to get the hand held heavy camera look without a heavy camera. You still need camera skills and it is indeed harder than gimbal or rig. Sometimes you don’t have these.

    The active stabilisation on Sony ZV series is terrible, a gimbal is an additional piece of rig to carry around and a good one is expensive, it doesn’t also give you that freedom you have handheld.
    Motion blur is fixable adding it later in post with other simple and famous pieces of software..
    in my opinion both the caveat you’re pointing out are pretty nothing compared to the masterpiece of software which Gyroflow is

    It's a very awkward and tedious workflow but you can mount a GoPro on your cold shoe and record at the same time if your camera doesn't have gyro and then import and sync it as the reference in Gyroflow, i.e. for older Sony models. All of the headaches with digital stabilization just make me miss the awe witnessing the GH5's IBIS when it was released lol. Most of the time I'd rather just be tired from using a heavy rig or gimbal than going through all of this.

    • @DigiDriftZone
      @DigiDriftZone ปีที่แล้ว

      The dynamic stabe in cameras like the ZV-E1 appears to be as good, no?

    • @arnisbrown5848
      @arnisbrown5848 ปีที่แล้ว

      It's pretty remarkable, but software like Gyroflow or GoPro's ReelSteady have the advantage of being able to analyze an entire clip for optimal settings to apply. Dynamic and active have to stabilize in real time.@@DigiDriftZone

    It is actually better than native sony stabilization and catalyst. So, while recording I am not using stabilization at all. And for gimbal like shots… I have small gimbal

    Don’t have to have 1/640 shutter. 1/100-200 seems plenty

    • @LucaEpifani
      @LucaEpifani  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I tried most lower shutters and 1/640 seems to be the one just right, anything below gives out a lil bit too much motion blur if the movements are hectic

    • @timhet200
      @timhet200 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@LucaEpifani I’ve been experimenting myself and are finding that smooth camera movements are best. Those full bore running shots can get a bit hectic. For controlled, slow movements, the lower shutter speeds are fine. Not sure if it’s right tool for those super fast running shots, although passable. I just love the freedom and organic nature of handheld with the extra gyro stabilisation. It’s opened up so much.

    Thank you so much
    I use my Sony 6400 with a gimbal and stabilize it in Premiere. I heard it can’t be used in this program yet...
    Well, my question is that sometimes I use my iPhone 11 with 4k, 25fps or 60fps resolution. And I tried to stabilize it (turning off the camera stabilization in the Filmic legacy app that i use for filming) in Gyroflow and it doesn’t work... I can’t sync it...
    Could you do a tutorial on how to use it with cell phone cameras? Thank you so much.

    Dove si scarica il plugin e come si inserisce sul PREMIERE pro?

    • @LucaEpifani
      @LucaEpifani  ปีที่แล้ว

      Su premiere non esiste il plugin, ma puoi scaricare il software intero dal loro sito e usarlo a parte.
