I'm thinking about doing mine. 2001 LeSabre so it's the same as the one you're doing. I've done some in the past and it definitely gets more complicated the newer the car is.

Very helpful video thank you. I have two 04 buick lesabres and I'm going to have to do this to both of them

This is amazing video. I followed every step.. and I was successful. I resurfaced the headliner.. got everything back in except for the rear. Seems a little tricky. Not sure whether I should pull the fasteners out of the car.. and then put them on the trim.. or try to fish it back in. I wonder how hotrod did it?

@@usajewels99 I pulled the fasteners for the rear sail panels out AFTER removing the panels.. and installed them back in the plastic trim and then popped trim in place. Btw big thx for confirmation that I actually helped someone else. That's my goal, just like others videos help me.
I can NOT tolerate a babbling rambling video of useless info. So that's what I try to put out... strait to the point.. "just the facts mister"

That was my gut reaction when I saw it. But each time I try to pull fasteners.. I destroy them. I actually got the job done by lining up the pins and pushing them back the same way you said to take them out. If you keep the gasket off. You can see and line it up. Anyway Iam done… and thanks to you I did not break anything. 2000 Black Bonneville

@@odellbowens963 nope... it's important to use ACTUAL headliner glue. For the heat resistant aspect

This is such a Kool comment. Exactly what I want to be and contribute... solid good help.. as opposed to views like "notches on a gun". I struggled to find a GOOD video about what I was getting into... so I made this one... to "pay it forward" the the help I've had on other projects. Big thank you
