Thanks for the upload man. I remember being there with my dad as a 13 year old kid. Hideous cars but my dad loved me enough take me and grit his teeth. I lost him this past month and seeing this slideshow just brought back a ton of memories i had forgotten. Thanks,
I was there that year with my dad also. I was 30 at the time and really into imports and mini trucks. I'd say he was gritting his teeth also but we had a great time. The following year we went to Daytona bike weeks together and had a blast. Side note I don't like bikes so I guess it all worked out. Thanks for the view and positive comment.
I'll sometimes see a some relics of this era driving around, hanging onto life by a thread. Truly, a unique era. A lot of people might have mixed feelings about the designs from these years, but I think it was incredible and creative.
@@low96hb I remember back in 2003 to 2006 Era, my dad would take me to car shows, and it seemed so much more vibrant back then. I see a lot of people now are bringing back things from that time, and they're becoming more common: underglow and lighting, crazy wraps, crazy rims, and audio. I just hope the creativity stays. Truly an artform.
@@pineappleginseng1557 the economy is partly to blame for it all ending. Times change yes, but money got tight for a few years there and I know I had to back off on all my hobbies. I was mostly I to the mini trucking side of it.
