I think the point of trying to get limited units on your account isn’t that they are meta, it’s that you want to guarantee access to them as balance changes are made and content is added so they can be available as a tool if needed. It can be unwise to pull for standard RBG unit banners because most likely they are going to randomly show up one day. Limited banners are the opposite. If you are keeping two to three pitys worth of bookmarks in your stash, I don’t see how pulling for a limited like Bybis (or Lewdica next week) hurts.
I mean youre 100 percent right, I personally dont like to pull any type of units that will not give my account an immediate "buff", for I am free to play, and dont have two or three pitys saved up.
I think she should get a buff in a way she triggers her s2 via counters, extra attacks and dual attacks just like green Roana and make it so her s2 can't trigger a counter attack

I love her only for the design, my only complain is that her weapon should be the flower she's holding in the art, not the water thing
