58:58 there is suggestion - sudo pkill X and actually in the xshkd conf was a hotkey to restart bspwm) and there is no systemd unit because you are launching X manually via startx

Try to disable vsync on picom.conf ( #vsync=true). Reload bspwm just super+esc i think. Thanks for video
