This one is a classic for sure, but what do you think of the songs coming off of the new album due in January? I may see them live on their U.S. tour next year. I'm long overdue to see them live. Maybe I'll talk to them again too. 🤔
I will be honest. I didn't care for Bluesphoria. It's not bad, but cookie cutter pop. Loved If God is a Woman, because of the great music. I hope Mockingbird will grow on me, but it seems disappointing as well.
@@JulieMeyers I like Bluephoria and If God Is A Woman. I love Mockingbird. Of all the things they've done recently, my favorite is Right Place Right Time from the Sweetwater film soundtrack. They really stretch out on that one, and the lyrics are excellent. In all likelihood, we'll probably end up loving the other cuts on the new album over the currently released songs.
@@JulieMeyers Partnerships can sometimes be problematic. They'll sort it out in the end. They seem to be happy with the arrangement for now. Now that they've been married for 5 years, the relationship will change. How they get along will be more important in the future.
Now that was special seeing them work on the arrangement a little.
Another I hadn’t seen. Always liked this tune. Julie thanks always
One of their nicest ballad. It deserves a real studio recording.
Thx ❤for another 👍 upload just bought my tickets 2 c Larkin Poe live in Glasgow October 2025 already can't ✋️
Hope you have a great show! They haven't played within 6 hours from here for over 3 years.
@JulieMeyers 😊 🙏 it's my first time watching LP live there so 👍
@scottdufc1 Don't forget a second of it. They are amazing. I've seen them 4 times and met them 4 times. Great people!
Been LP fan for few year's looking forward 2 finally c them live ❤️ there 🎶 🎵
@@JulieMeyers And I'm 68 years old and I worry if I'll ever see them play live. So thank you Ju, for posting this gem!☺️
This song is fascinating. Thanks Julie for sharing! (-;
I posted another version a while ago.
"I'm talkin' about the flammy 'druggada-druggada' on the toms..." Love that stuff
Danke Julie
I hope you're doing well
You’re the best, Julie ❤
Thanks, as always, Julie!
Love you Megan❤
Love the soaring chorus harmonies.
Seems like a Megan composition.
No. Rebecca wrote it. It's more emotional than Mad as a Hatter. Rebecca can put herself in a place as a songwriter where I can never imagine.
She's an exceptional wordsmith in song and speech. And her ear for composing is remarkable.
Now I have 2 versions!! Mahalo Julie!!
We all do. Glad I found it.
Another gem from Julie tnk u
So good.

Nice 👍
Thank you Julie. I like this song as you know. Do you have the lyrics? I don't have adjusted ears. So I miss a lot when just listening.
❤
What's the acoustic guitar brand name, model, type, year, etc., ... Larkin? Poe? Anyone?
Rebecca is playing a Beard acoustic.
