Yes, you can set "groups" to define who should get access to each dashboard. Check this help article out: www.metabase.com/docs/latest/administration-guide/05-setting-permissions.html

Hi :) Do you know how we can group rows which are nearly identical but only one value in a specific columm is different? For example if a Name of one people is a part of 4 different classes, the raw will appear identically 4 times with the difference only below the column "Classes".
