Uh no the first half of surah 46 is similar to Matthew chapter 14 but not directly. Some Suni Muslims believe that Isa or Jesus did hear god.

All Muslims believe Jesus received the injeel(gospel) from Allah but some it has been changed as it was translated from Hebrew to Greek to Latin and then to English.. this is why Allah sent the last revelation to Muhammad (pbuh) that has not been changed or corrupted
