Obviously not. He came joint third. Kjetil Jansrud is the best. He was then and he is now. I'm the kinda person who likes to read the score board before announcing who's the best:)
And if we are talking about the all time greatest in Olympic and World Championships then its another viking, namely Kjetil Andre Aamodt. Having said this I think Bode is great too, just to clear that.

+björn michels What are u getting at? He's not the best as we just established, so his way of skiing can't be the best either. You see, alpine skiing is all about speed and the person that goes the fastest will then win the competition. FIS rules. Simple math.

+ventende i think he means one of the best and he is. from wikipedia. He is an Olympic and World Championship gold medalist, a two-time overall World Cup champion in 2005 and 2008, and the most successful male American alpine ski racer of all time. He is also considered one of the greatest World Cup racers of all time with 33 victories - one of five men to win World Cup events in all five disciplines. In November 2004, Miller became the 5th and last man to win World Cup races in the slalom, giant slalom, super-G, downhill, and combined − and today he is the only skier with five or more victories in each discipline. also has 6 olympic medals.

Well, while you browse around Wikipedia I can inform you that Kjetil Andre Aamodt is the most decorated alpine skier in the history of the sport. Miller doesn't even come close brah. Then, if you bother to find out more about alpine skiing you will discover that Lasse Kjus is the only alpine skier to have won medals in every discipline within the same World Championship contest. Never to be copied by anyone.
There are so many skiers that rank much higher than Miller. Kjetil Andre Aamodt, Lasse Kjus, Herman Maier, Ingemark Stenmark, Franz Klammer, Alberto Tomba, Marc Girardelli, Axel Lund Svindal, Marcel Hircher etc.
