    Thanks very much, it is exactly what I am looking for. I am dealing with impedance spectroscopy.

    Thanks for your video. But, I would like to know how we can explain the loading in this case?

      Hello Ueslen, Thanks for the question. The relationship between original factors and the extracted PCs ; explained here, for example , blog.bioturing.com/2018/06/18/how-to-read-pca-biplots-and-scree-plots/

    Thank you very much for uploading such nice video.
    2:41, there is 3 ellipse which are intermingled but reveals good information. The same thing, I want it in my case. I am unable to generate this kind of ellipse. Please suggest some ideas regarding this.
    Also, can these ellipse be filled up/shaded with some color?
    A video on redundancy analysis is the need of hour
    Keep it up.

    Hi, thank you for the APP. I have a question: how can estimate the p-value from your APP?

    Can i use this app to observe the extent of similarity or differences between the No. Of overlayed nmr spectra?

      Hello Govind, Sorry for the late response. Yes, the tool studies the collinearity between spectra. You can read more about this app in our blog. I am using Origin 8.5? is there any way to use PCA on my version? I downloaded the file but I could not see any option of "multivariate analysis" or "PCA spectroscopy"? Any help please

      Hi,
      The Multivariate Analysis: Principal Component Analysis tool is available since OriginPro 8.6.
      Anyway, you can always download our Origin 2018 trail to have a try,

      Thanks,

      Thank you for your reply. I downloaded the trial version from your link. Now can you please tell me that how to do the pre-processing steps in Origin, like "centering" and "scaling" before performing PCA to my data? My data is already smoothed, background removed and normalized as well. But I dont know about centering and scaling thing. Please reply me. Thanks in advance

    Where I can get the Notes page?

    • @TheOriginlab
      @TheOriginlab  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi , thanks for your question. If you have Origin 2017 or newer, download the app, then right click on the app and select "Show samples folder". Open the sample project "PCASpecEx.opj" and if the Notes page does not automatically open, go to the project explorer section, on the left-hand side, to find it. Also see our blog for more details about this sample project. blog.originlab.com/performing-principal-component-analysis-for-chemometric-spectra-using-origins-app
