Here are my additional house rules in my Airbnb settings:
"Pet Policy - We love pets and allow pets to be part of your booking. However, due to past issues with pets we have the following rules.
Must mention how many pets (max (insert number here) pets/includes service animals).
Pets/service animal cannot be left unattended on the property for any period of time by any means.
If the pet causes disturbance such as excessive noise, being let off leash on the property, and property damage, the owner is 100% responsible for costs associated with damages, will face a minimum $500 fine + additional damage and cleaning fee, and will be asked to vacate the property immediately regardless of the end date of the booking.
Unauthorized parties/ Events/ large gathering- Minimum $500 fine + additional damage and cleaning fee may apply. Guest will be asked to vacate the premises immediately with no refund. We may use local Police/law enforcement agency’s to assist if needed.
Breaking houses rules- Minimum $500 fine + additional damage and cleaning fee may apply. Guest will be asked to vacate the premises immediately with no refund. We may use local Police/law enforcement agency’s to assist if needed.
Any personal items or belongings left on the property after check out is assumed to be abandoned and the host has the right to properly dispose of any left behind items.
No smoking of any kind (this includes but not limited to cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes, marijuana) inside the house."
