I still hope they keep the scene where the riders move into a railroad tunnel, hear a steam locomotive whistle, and plunge into the ground before colliding with an oncoming steam train! That was my favorite part of the original ride!
Who cares... CS was better when when he was behind the camera not in front of it with her. Massive appreciation to this dude for just chilling and videoing not trying to make some massive monetary moment out of it.
Was just there last month. I realize this is behind the play area and not in the orginal location but I'm not sure how I missed this size of a structure.
What should they do with the old building? My and my dad say they should make a museum out of it. People love museums... at the end of the museum you slide down to get out!
So is it basically the exact same layout beat for beat? Or will there be different parts to it? Are they also reusing the figures and animatronics or they gonna add new ones
It's layout is a direct clone of Blazing Fury at Dollywood, it's show scenes are likely to be fresh in appearance but mostly the same in theme and sequence to Blazing Fury.
So a clone of Blazing Fury, scene for scene, element for element. This is just RMC working a contract, but I dont think any of their future family attractions will be as tame as this.
Wow, are they converting it into a steel hybrid coaster those look like solid steel tracks? Where I come from at Six Flags over Texas you might’ve heard of the old wooden coaster, the Texas Giant It was completely wooden and it held the distinction of being given the golden ticket for being the number one wooden roller coaster in the world in 1999. In 2010 it was converted to one of the first steel wooden hybrid roller coasters and debuted in 2011 do year that Six Flags over Texas celebrated its 50th anniversary in has operated ever since
Looks like it'll be quite the experience. Thanks a bunch for sharing footage with us!
I'm going to miss the original Fire in the Hole, it's been a huge part of my life here in the Ozarks. But cannot wait to see this next season.
Glad i was able to ride the current...will have to come back again to see the new FITH.
Holy crap! This looks great! I live so close to SDC I can't wait for this to open!

They are doing still doing that.
So cool!! Thank you for posting this!!
I’m a wee bit jealous I wasn’t there in person, but happy others got to see and film this! Looks great!
An indoor family RMC? Never thought I'd see the day.
according to rcdb it also has a splashdown
Yes you can see it towards the end of the video
So Sarah has made it to Silver Dollar City after all😂🤣

For all the wrong reasons
@@gemnifan6045that part 🤣

I did. Silver Dollar City blessed me with exclusive press access during the announcement event for some reason. “Eternally grateful”
wait is the old fire in the hole closing over the summer? or will it be open during the winter season?
Winter
@@TrevlynTheTrainiac thx man!

its what you could call Fire In The Hole 2.0 or reimagined. everything will be different from the sound to the special effects
It's layout is a direct clone of Blazing Fury at Dollywood, it's show scenes are likely to be fresh in appearance but mostly the same in theme and sequence to Blazing Fury.
@@ItsDannyRobbins Fire in the Hole was first, and features the superior Bald Knobber theming.
Clearences are a bit low on those bridges 🤣

Looks like the same ride but structured like a layer cake
AWESOME!!!!!

She finally made it to SDC
I heard Sarah’s voice when she said she didn’t want to photo bomb the shot.
I thought it was supposed to close later this year? Why does everything look new?
The old one is. This is the brand new fire in the hole behind fireman’s landing.
