Thank you for this teaching and panel. They are great. Whoever this Apostle Jane Jane is I hope you do more with her because her wisdom is insane …edifying. She is so mature in her love… and when I say that, it has nothing to do with age but mentally and in her heart she has been processed through some things and have arrived at a place of genuine love. Man I got healed of something just listening to her because she provided such understanding. And I had to repent of some things I may have misunderstood that may not have been the way I saw it. “They may not see what you see but you may not know what they know.” Then Apostle Ryan expounded on seeing the big picture and it brought everything full circle. Her rendering of the responses to Apostle Ryan’s questions were very astute and for a young person in the Lord like me, I greatly appreciate that. God knows what we need and always provides.
I started out only dreaming and what I dreamed would happen. I am now a seeing prophet. I believe Seers may have no idea what they are seeing because I might just get symbols and then I have to ask the Lord what the symbols mean. For example, when AP C opened in prayer I saw the feet of Jesus, I saw hands, I saw a tree, and some other symbols. I have no idea why the Lord showed me that when he was praying. So as a Seer I have to have things deciphered by God. But that was the way I started, the way I came into the prophetic. In this season I noticed God cultivating my hearing more. There was another season where I would worship spontaneously and begin to prophesy to myself what God was saying. So I wonder if as we mature, God cultivates new ways of prophetic communication.
Thank you for this! I’m struggling with shaking off bad habits I’ve picked up subconsciously from my ex-husband. I demonstrated mercy to those He placed in my path with so much compassion and love. This was the best years of my life in following Christ. But I married someone who I should had never married and now I’m struggling to get back to that place of exemplifying His Agape love. A place where I saw Gods heart and desires were manifested as life were transformed due to this love and hunger towards Him. It grieves me to know I had cast out my pearls to a narcissistic man who abused me and children. ABBA Father, Here I am. Have your way in me.

Developing new prophetic realms that are uncommon for me happened with trusting that the Holy Spirit would give me a word. I went to an online training and was put in a room with people and told to prophesy. Some of the people did not have their camera on and were just on audio. I had to trust that the Lord would give me a word for them and it was a great training that increased my faith and trust in the Holy Spirit because the words the Holy Spirit gave me were accurate. For me it was a matter of cultivating my hearing.

I would very rarely call out an individuals specific sin in public unless it was an Ananias and sapphire type thing. Somethings are better to be dealt with in private and I agree with that 100%. Sometimes you can preach on whatever it is and things can be dealt with that way.

I love the thing of giving opportunities to people, but I’m not just preaching twice a month. Lol I would make up the sessions for that.… I would make leadership sessions and train a lot in leader ship. Those people that make it to those nights that are inconvenient would be the ones that I would give most opportunities to. then they might make it on an occasional Sunday morning. then when they got really good maybe once a month. Lol I think where we have missed it is too many churches have dropped Sunday evening services and Wednesday or midweek meetings. Those opportunities can create spaces for different types of meetings as well as different types of ministries to lead.
If a person cannot preach or teach they are not a prophet. Prophets are preachers and or teachers of the word before there anything else. They may be prayer people and they may prophesy a lot and used in the gifts of the spirit, but prophets or preachers and teachers and sometimes I wonder if we have put so much emphasis on activation and pressure to perform that many prophets do not have good preaching and teaching skills because they are so focused on all of that other stuff rather than developing their ministries holistically. Don’t get me started… Lol love the conversation.❤
The prophetic has been so traumatic for me because you see all these things, have a bit of rage and just want everything to be cleaned up without showing mercy. Let's not forget the isolation and rejection. Thank you for sharing this discussion.
@Meschelle Davis - Ask the Lord to lead you to a mature Prophet who is equipped to Mentor you & sensitive to minister healing to you & deliverance from your social anxiety. An Apostolic covering is an Apostle who oversees a local church, a network or group of Pastors, a Ministry Leader with an independent ministry, etc. are some examples. It's a relationship in which the ministry leader is submitted to that Apostle for equipping, accountability & development. That Apostle will have a greater level of authority in life of those leaders than being pastored in a local church.
So vetting prophetic ministry I believe is great, but it seems like what is coming across to me is there is a type of censoring and that concerns me. I get that we don’t want to embarrass or needlessly offend people, but I do not want prophets to lose their edginess because apostles and pastors are censoring them because they only want them to say what they want to hear and I don’t believe that is God so there is definitely a balance in this.
How do you build relationships in order to get credibility? What does that look like when you are extremely introverted or not good at clearly communicating spiritual things?
