Jiedel the reason you do bad mid-season is probably because trades drop the team chemistry dramatically. I’d recommend either turning it off or trying to keep major lineup changes to the off season

i think a lot of your viewers, and overall fans of NBA rebuilds would enjoy if every trade you were making would just quickly browse through all the possibilities. It's always interesting to see how the 2K trade engine offers up, especially on salary dumps and star players

As a Blazer, I would've kept McCollum as untouchable, but I had to trade Lillard for Donovan Mitchell & a 1st round pick, which I then traded for Deandre Jordan. Got Greg Monroe as a backup big, moved Mitchell to starting SF. Lineup: Walker, McCollum, Mitchell, Nurkic, Jordan. Got me to a record of 61-21, beating the Celts in a 5-game series.
When Jesse and James were like “NO YES NO NO YES YES YES NO NO NO NO” in the 2nd round I was dying 🤣🤣

Problem with rebuilds is there are certain players in 2K that just don’t do well or lead their team to wins. Lillard is good in 2K for the user if they know how to use him, but the CPU don’t use Lillard right to his potential. That’s why rebuilds always fail. I see the same thing with Ben Simmons. For some reason the CPU likes to play Ben at the SF instead of his true position which is the PG. You have to use Simmons very similar to ways you’d use Magic Johnson.
