Conditions of Sale
 LOLC Finance PLC has arranged the above auction on behalf of their lessees & borrowers in order to recover the outstandings of those lessees & borrowers.
 Entrance : By a non-refundable Ticket of Rs. 2,000.00 per person & a refundable deposit of Rs. 25,000.00 per person on the day of Auction.
 Payment : Non - refundable initial deposit of 25% in Cash at the fall of the Hammer Balance 75% & Removal latest by 3:00 pm on Wednesday 17th July 2024 to be paid at any branch of LOLC Finance PLC & Removal of vehicles to be done from the venue of auction. The documents to be collected from - No. 68, Bauddhaloka Mawatha, Colombo 04.
 The Management has the right to withdraw any vehicle (s) from the Auction without prior notice.
 The decision of the Auctioneer will be final.
