My anxiety is making it hard to leave the house, at the moment. Bless you for raising so much awareness, about anxiety and how difficult it can be. I feel the more we all talk about it, then it really helps. And seeing you out and about in the shops, makes me feel that maybe I can do that again.💜
Aw anxiety is awful. Sorry to hear that you're struggling. Maybe pottering in the garden a bit might help to get used to going out. Sometimes just a short walk - even to the end of the street and back - is a mountain to climb. Sending love and a cwtch your way 🥰 xxx

@lisamurray9390 Thank you so much, for your kind words. I do try to push myself to go outside, into the garden or for a short walk. But it's so hard to face, even stepping out of the door. Sometimes the outside world seems overwhelming. But I will keep on trying, small steps.xx

Going through a hard time lately with my husband losing his job. I just haven’t been in the best spirits and fell behind in the vlog watching , but today I watched your vlog and it inspired me to just get out & go for a look just for fun. One day at a time is great advice and I’m glad that my day will always include catching up on your adventures in England.

Hi jayne, loved the shopping trip. I hope Pat is OK, I bet you get nervous going to see her. It's been a lovely sunny day here today, yey get to put washing on the line 🤣🙄. Had a trip out to dunelm earlier, they've got some lovely Christmas items. I'm addicted to the blackberry and rose candle they sell, it's gorgeous.
