I'm a big Rossi fan but I was so pleased for Suzuki... nail biting race, loved it.

Rins the most underrated
He didn't win the race, but this race is one of my favorite races of all time. I don't know why but that last lap by Rossi was fantastic and that late brake was one of the greatest of all time, impressed me every time I watched the clip! But btw Rins was great too! It was his first win in MotoGP, and it was great! I still believe that one day he would, and he could be the next World Champion at least once, he is great!

I was a spectator that year and right after Marc's crash, the roar from the crowd as Rossi came through the 3rd sector alone and out front resembled someone who just scored a goal in the premier soccer series- unbelievable

What a race that was! I forgot how good it was. Even tho I'm a Rossi fan, I think Rins deserved the win for sure. Marquez throwing it away so early by losing the front when he didn't need to push it that much was no surprise. These old races are the best!
That was a huge surprise. That was pre injury marquez, he was the ultimate racing machine, more or less mistakefree at this point (as we saw the rest of the 2019 season, this was his only dnf, other than that, only 1 or 2.) Besides, Honda stated afterwards that it was a mechanical issue.

GSX-RR won, along with its kindred the GSX-R600 -R125 -R250 -R750 -R1000 ...... in other language the Suzuki GSX-R family won! It's the most beautiful motorcycle chassis, especially the slightly slimmer R600 Etc. Very aerodynamic and pretty to look at. Browsed motorcycles for 10 hours in Instagram & always save pictures of the GSX-R, and also the RC16 & 1 Aprilia. It's hard to make an ultra-aerodynamic chassis which is beautiful, too.
Japanese nerds which spend 15 years in front of AutoCAD & doing wind tunnel experiments eventually create a couple of ok bikes.
