No, the falling feeling is not sleep paralysis. It's you're body's way of remaining prepared for an emergency in the middle of the night. It's an evolutionary hold-over from when we were hunted as prey. As your muscles go limp when you're falling asleep, your brain tries to keep them prepared to jump up and run/defend yourself from danger.
Everyone has sleep paralysis so that you don't act out your dreams. Some people have a sleep disturbance problem where their mind becomes partially awake during the dream portion of sleep. You're still in dream paralysis and cannot move. You're not fully conscious so you hallucinate. You may think there's someone/something in your room (like you're being watched by aliens or ghosts). Ok who else has those dreams when you like falling and you’re like half asleep and before you fall to the ground you wake up and you move you’re leg or hand really quickly, and like kick something accidentally?
It's just involuntary muscle move, hynogagic jerk, very common thing.
For me it's not a dream, I'm still fully consious and awake. Sometimes my eyes are even open. I was told for a long time it was just like humans trying to make sure their reflexes still worked invulontarily?? I've only had a dream where I was falling once, and I just cried when I woke up.

I’ve had sleep paralysis too and what you described sounds very similar to what happened to me so basically last year I had covid it was really bad the symptoms hit me hard I was napping at around 3 in the afternoon and I could swear a woman’s voice was talking to me In my sleep blessing me I woke up and I felt really happy like for a few hours I felt really good

After he murdered Annie, he took her phone and texted himself (from HER phone) to have some kind of "alibi" and no one would've been suspected him? And ended the convo with "how do i know this is you?" to make it more credible".i'm home alone! the fam are on holiday remember? i told you this!" THIS MEANS DAVID ALREADY KNEW SHE WAS HOME ALONE! Annie ONLY revealed to David she was in the closet. How can the killer would've known so fast where she was, unless it's David, right?. The first thing the killer said was "come OUT annie", so the killer knew she was IN a closet somewhere. (coincidence?) And when she said "it's coming up the stairs SO SLOWLY, IRREGULAR STEPS", maybe it's because David was texting her at the same time he was walking up the stairs. A lot of people are saying it's Jhonny but how does that explain David's jacket and Jhonny's huge ressemblance to David (to the extend where Annie was SO conviced it was David). I agree but the term "come out Annie" could be meaned for every hiding spot. It's just common to search someone while in the house with the term "come out X". That doesn't imply that the killer exactly knew where she was. But the killer was really fast at finding her, that is right.
