The MK64 and DS tracks are amazing but the Wii ones definitely could use more polish
The Wii tracks are pretty old at this point, I'm sure they will be updated in the future. o;
I'm quite impressed with the DS versions, and especially the N64 versions! They genuinely look like fun tracks to drive.

Hazy Maze Cave was probably my favorite. Took a lot of creative liberties to make it playable but still made the course feel familiar.
