I really like what Grandpa is doing. It takes a big heart to love and care for someone. I have only one suggestion: since Grandpa consistently cook and feed his family, I would suggest using reusable plates to serve the food rather than plastic ones. Perhaps use porcelain plate, stainless steal or plastics plates that can be used over and over.
