    Amazing video. I foated in this water all day, knowing the depths below me were unimaginable, but hadn't watched any videos until now. This was great. Thank you.

    Beautiful little sault lake with minerals in it! Helps people to feel healthier, to become stronger!, Thanks for the movie , but the music is so creepy! Why? It's a really nice place to go! We need to treasure this WMS lake,

    Curt, I was one of the divers at Warm Mineral Springs in 1992. I know a lot about the history of the spring.

    A lot of Indian remains found there in the 60's, hence the creepy music

    The visibility was amazing for your dive. Was that just by luck or is there specific times where it's that clear?

    • @CurtBowenADM
      @CurtBowenADM  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Only by luck. Normally it is less than 8 feet

    deep and creepy - jaws eye view of the people floating above - I was curious to visit to let the minerals soak into my skin and see if I felt any benefit - will stay in the shallows for sure!

      My friend and I finally just went. Floated over the abyss all day. It was great, we felt great. We can't wait to go back!

    I used to love diving/snorkeling... until that one time I saw a monster! Fortunately I was in a kayak, but I was still very scared and paddled very quickly back to shore! I remember back in the early 2000s, there was a story on Shark Week about a supersonic weapon in development that made an EMF bubble to deter big things for divers and surfers ... Anybody know what I can search for?

      The water is anaerobic, common in many deep springs.

      It was used as a burial site from some of the first humans in North America some 12,000 years ago. The water is absent of oxygen and high in chloride and hydrogen sulfide.. Shame to see beach chairs and milk jugs down there.

    • @easyrhino30
      @easyrhino30 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      +fla playa I wholeheartedly agree with you. Keep the polluting humans out and respect the spring.

      Keep the idiot humans out and allow people with conscience is my view. Have been on a Florida Springs and River binge all night.. Look up "Water's Journey: The River Returns".. Things are changing, Lot of hope. Peace.

      Thank you for showing what is under that mysterious lake. Interesting, but the music makes it more scary. I, m so glad that you did it and show it to us. Thank you.

      Easy Rhino Dead: yes, nothing can live there. But rather the minerals preserved things: 12,000 pre-historic skull WITH brain found in this swimming hole. Among many other things giving us a look into prehistoric man's actual ways of living, hunting, and the oldest *intentional burial* of man on record in all the Western Hemisphere. Super interesting stuff
