Just log back in again. It happens a lot on my Mum's Vivo phone ans I was initially thinking that someone was trying to hack her account. Also, go into the app settings and allow WhatsApp to run in background, remove battery optimizations and turn off the option to remove permissions if the app is not used for a while.

Never transfer data of banned WhatsApp account, it's risky. Just use a new number on a new phone, you'll be fine but make sure not to used the same email for backup. After two months, try again on the banned number

@@webeetechnology Latest update, i found out the issue that triggered the ban. I linked another mobile phone to the same number while using web whatsapp.
As for your question, try inserting a new sim card into the same phone where your whatsapp was ban but don't register that new sim card's number.

Maybe you should move to Telegram. Try not to open another WhatsApp on the same phone, it will be banned too. Just get a new or another phone and get a new number to continue using WhatsApp

That's a big problem. Can you talk with your GSM company to know if they applied any kind of DND (Do Not Disturb) mode to your line. Alternatively, you can go to whatsapp.com/contact and click on contact us to message support

Which WhatsApp client are you using? First, you'll have to uninstall any 3rd party whatsapp client from your phone. Wait until two months, uninstall official WhatsApp and reinstall from Playstore
