Personally speaking after seeing luxurious villas on the North coast and in other places like Barbados. This is just a very comfortable home. Its amenities are nothing to die for just a pleasant air bnb. If I've learnt anything here or from the video's you've up, it is all in the planning. From the completion of the drawings one needs to have an interior designer on board. You must be able to envisage what each room of the house is going to look like. What is your pallet for each room from floor to ceiling it is all in the details e.g. luxury kitchen is planned for the property, do not go and get one from off the shelf, but rather let a kitchen company design and install one for you. It is all in the details. The cooker needed a hood to extract the smells whilst cooking. Whilst this house/villa is a very modern concept, the house lacks the attention to details that it rightly deserves.
Agreed 1000%. There is no wow factor to this villa. Where are the crown moldings or baseboards? Decor is lacking and get rid of those dog water bowls as face basins.

Very clean and nice. Alot of modern clean lines. Patio and outside with the pool are my favs. Negril and Ochi bedrooms for the win! It is all so beautiful. ❤
I luv the kitchen cupboards and waterfall island. The Infiniti pool is amazing actually your whole design and the way they are all interior decorated are totally happening! I wouldn't have used wood and glass rails balusters upstairs tho but rather horizontal stacks of 4-6, 2-3 inch steel pipes or galvanized painted steel look would have looked better for this type of house still. Even for the rails on the balcony same design.
